Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Telco account in the Philippines to handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner. You will resolve questions about products, billing, and account management while documenting interactions and following privacy guidelines.

You must be onsite in Cagayan de Oro, willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays, with a strong focus on customer service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• No Call Center Experience (CCE) required.
• Must possess B2 English communication proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding telecommunications products, services, billing, and account management.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
