Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an ICT Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end project requests—from sales order and contract setup through ordering, billing, and project closure—while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will be the primary point of contact for order information, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, support project accounting and administration throughout the life cycle, and uphold governance for timely, accurate revenue realization and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP Project and Sales Document Module.
• Understand how sales, delivery, financial, and customer inter-relationships work to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Create project accounts in the accounting system within SLA and establish project baselines.
• Support project managers through accounting and administration across the lifecycle.
• Manage contract changes, variations, and closures; create and release billing milestones.
• Coordinate end-to-end order processing, invoicing, credits, and replacement sales orders when needed.
