Sapient in Metro Manila is hiring a Customer Support (Sales Account) representative to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that fit their requirements while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role is onsite, full-time with a shifting schedule, offering a monthly salary of up to ₱27,000 plus benefits such as HMO, paid training, paid leave credits, and government-mandated benefits. Career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
• At least 1 month of BPO experience or at least 6 months of customer-facing experience in another industry.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use company systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends/holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services.
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Process orders, account updates, and service requests accurately.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Meet quality assurance and productivity standards.
