Job summary

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead onsite in Bacolod to motivate and manage a travel-industry aligned team. You’ll guide associates to meet performance goals, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer interactions as the first-line manager.

You’ll coach, train, and support your team daily, manage attendance and payroll, and leverage client tools to maintain operations. The role emphasizes empathetic leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
• Travel industry experience with GDS tools and platforms.
• Time management skills for priority tasks and decisive action.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates to meet company and client goals and train on new information.
• Manage multiple tasks including attendance, payroll, and administrative tasks.
• Provide coaching and recognition, and conduct difficult conversations when needed.
• Use TTEC tools to accomplish tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead with compassion to retain employees and influence occupancy and absenteeism.
