Responsibilities

• Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals and coordinate training on services, products, or processes.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while monitoring attendance, payroll, and administrative duties.
• Motivate and mentor your team with coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback.
• Utilize TTEC and client tools to accomplish tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Influence retention by supporting employees and managing absenteeism and occupancy metrics.
• Comfortable with computer systems.
