Job summary

TTEC, a leading global provider of customer experience solutions, is seeking an onsite Team Lead in Pasay to guide a motivated group and ensure superior client interactions. You’ll motivate your team to meet metrics and resolve issues, reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery.

Typical day includes coaching, coordinating training, monitoring attendance and payroll, and using client tools to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and act decisively.
• Ability to engage and support a team while maintaining performance in a dynamic environment.
• Empathetic leadership with professionalism while handling conflicts within a diverse team.
• Customer-focused mindset to uphold high standards of accountability and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates to achieve company and client goals and coordinate training on services, products, or processes.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while monitoring attendance and payroll and other admin tasks.
• Motivate and mentor your team with coaching and feedback, recognizing successes and addressing difficult conversations.
• Utilize TTEC and client tools to complete tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support outage processes.
• Impact the company’s finances by retaining employees and influencing metrics like occupancy.
