GeniusMakers is seeking a Recruitment Associate to build strong talent pipelines and deliver qualified candidates for high-volume hiring. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, endorsing, and coordinating with managers to meet manpower requirements during ramping periods.

You will manage multiple vacancies, work onsite in Cavite, and align with the company’s growth across Finance, Human Capital, Warehouse Operations, and BPM domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or recruitment ramping, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and increased manpower requirements within tight timelines.
• Strong talent sourcing and candidate pipeline-building skills using job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong candidate screening, initial interview, and assessment skills, with the ability to recruit across different organizational levels, from rank-and-file to supervisory, managerial, and leadership roles.
• Results-driven, proactive, resourceful, and accountable, with the ability to meet recruitment targets, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Talent Sourcing: Source qualified candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels; create, maintain, and optimize job postings; manage requirements across levels.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening and interviews; evaluate candidates for qualifications, experience, communication, leadership, and fit; endorse qualified candidates.
• Recruitment Progress Monitoring: Track progress and maintain records; monitor sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview, and hiring results; follow up on pending candidates.
• High-Volume Recruitment & Rampings: Support ramping by handling multiple vacancies; adjust strategies to meet targets; maintain quality and efficiency during peak periods.
• Recruitment Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, screening, endorsement, and conversion processes; monitor performance and stay updated on trends.
