The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for operational and technical positions. The ideal candidate will have volume recruitment experience, especially for blue-collar and operational roles, and will manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for warehouse, blue-collar, skilled, technical or other operational roles.
• Experience recruiting warehousemen, drivers, carpenters, installers, delivery crew, technicians, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and community-based recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and recruitment tracking tools; ATS experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with reporting at Mandaluyong and BGC offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment for warehouse and skilled positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsement, and hiring coordination.
• Recruit for blue-collar, warehouse, and technical roles such as warehousemen, carpenters, drivers, installers, technicians, and similar positions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines via portals, social media, referrals, and community-based sourcing.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, interview schedules, and priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and metrics to improve efficiency and time-to-fill.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and trackers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to HR and stakeholders.

Focus Global Inc. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to support our high-volume recruitment needs, primarily for warehouse and skilled positions. This is a contractual role focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for operational and technical positions, including warehousemen, carpenters, drivers, appliance installers, delivery crew members, and technicians.

The ideal candidate has experience in volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar, skilled, and operational roles, and can manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to sourcing, building candidate pipelines, and coordinating recruitment activities to ensure the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage high-volume recruitment for warehouse and skilled positions, ensuring the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements based on business needs.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, initial screening, interviews, candidate endorsement, and hiring coordination.
• Recruit for blue-collar, warehouse, and technical roles, such as warehousemen, carpenters, drivers, appliance installers, delivery crew members, technicians, and other similar positions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, community-based sourcing, and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, relevant skills, work experience, availability, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to align on job requirements, candidate qualifications, interview schedules, and hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring metrics, including candidate sourcing, interview attendance, hiring conversions, and time-to-fill, to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the HR team and hiring stakeholders, highlighting pipeline status, hiring progress, and challenges.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support other recruitment-related activities as needed to meet the organization's evolving manpower requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably for warehouse, blue-collar, skilled, technical, or other operational positions.
• Experience recruiting roles such as warehousemen, drivers, delivery crew, technicians, carpenters, installers, or similar positions is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and community-based recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring targets.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and recruitment tracking tools; experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with reporting requirements at both Mandaluyong and BGC offices.
