Job summary

Ensky Corporation in Caloocan is seeking a field-based Technical Support & Troubleshooting engineer with 1–3 years of experience in solar systems. The role covers on-site and remote assistance, diagnostics, and coordinating repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

You will respond to client inquiries, conduct performance monitoring, and prepare reports. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
• Experience with solar PV systems or aftersales support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client concerns and service requests for solar systems.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance with technical teams.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance as needed.
• Monitor system performance and prepare service reports.
