Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in technical support, after-sales service, troubleshooting, or a related engineering function.
- Background in renewable energy or solar energy.
- Startup experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and work with technical manuals and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support for solar energy systems and EV charging equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting system and equipment performance.
- Assess reported issues and determine appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate with relevant teams when issues require further technical assistance or escalation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer concerns, technical assessments, and troubleshooting activities.
