Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Team Leader to supervise an onsite team in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines, ensuring top-tier customer experiences while meeting client metrics. You will mentor associates, guide issue resolution, and drive service quality in a dynamic environment.

As a first-line manager, you’ll report to the Service Delivery Manager, coordinating training and performance coaching while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
• Time management skills for priority tasks to make informed decisions.
• Engage and support your team while focusing on overall team performance.
• Demonstrate empathetic leadership by maintaining composure and professionalism while handling conflicts with diverse team members.
• Customer-focused mindset to support high standards of accountability, facilitating effective communication, and providing support.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues.
• Manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance, processing payroll, and other tasks.
• Motivate and mentor your team by providing coaching and feedback and recognizing successes.
• Utilize client tools and applications to accomplish required tasks and troubleshoot technology issues.
• Impact the financial health of the company by leading with compassion and reducing absenteeism and occupancy.
