Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Team Lead, Service Delivery on-site in Pasay, Philippines. You will lead a team, drive performance against client metrics, and guide associates in resolving issues while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.

You will report to the Manager, Service Delivery and champion coaching, attendance management, and productive, compassionate leadership to advance team careers within a global company.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate a team to meet client metrics and service goals.
• Handle escalations and guide associates to resolve issues.
• Coordinate training on new information, products, or processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates to achieve company and client goals.
• Manage multiple tasks, attendance, payroll, and admin duties.
• Provide ongoing coaching, recognize successes, and conduct difficult conversations when needed.
• Utilize multiple tools and applications to complete daily tasks; troubleshoot issues.
