Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Team Lead to manage an onsite team in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines. You will motivate staff to hit performance targets, answer questions, guide issue resolution, and supervise day-to-day operations for quality customer experiences.

You’ll report to the Manager, Service Delivery, and foster a united team culture while promoting career growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
