Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management and HR processes: entry, regularization, changes, and resignations.
• Signing and management of employee labor contracts.
• Maintain personnel files for all employees.
• Manage attendance, perform statistical analysis, and address anomalies.
• Compute salaries and benefits for employees.
• Register and remit employee social insurance and benefits.
• Oversee DingTalk-related processes and settings.
