Job summary

ClearSourceBPO is seeking a Sales Trainer to empower our sales staff and coach agents through nesting until they achieve target performance. You will deliver training on product offers, pricing, processes, and call techniques, while modeling best practices on live calls.

With 2+ years in phone sales and 1+ year as a trainer, you will guide agents, analyze metrics, and ensure alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone sales with a track record of meeting or beating targets.
• 1+ year as a trainer, sales coach, team leader or SME who trained agents.
• Excellent English and ability to model a live sales call.
• Ability to read conversion rate, sales per hour and QA scores for coaching.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and client CRM, dialer and LMS tools.
• Top-performing history on a sales floor (e.g., top 20%).
• Amenable to onsite work on client business hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training on product information, offers, pricing, policies and compliance.
• Teach and role-play full sales call flow: opening, discovery, value, objections, closing.
• Administer assessments, knowledge checks, and mock sales calls.
• Review recordings and coach to missed sales opportunities.
• Track trainees' performance and hand off ready agents with summaries.
• Collaborate with Training Team Leader and Sales Ops to improve courses and targets.
• Administer trainee satisfaction surveys.
• Take live sales calls regularly to maintain credibility on lines of business.
