Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Metro Manila is seeking motivated Retail Customer Support Representatives. You will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, payments, delivery updates, returns and complaints through inbound and outbound calls.

Freshers are welcome. A minimum of 6 months call center experience, strong verbal and written communication, and a customer-focused attitude are valued.

Qualifications

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
At least 6 months of Call Center Experience (CCE).
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding retail products and services.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, and delivery concerns.
Process requests for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely assistance.
Meet service quality standards and performance targets.
