Job summary

Cedar Network and Data Solution is seeking a detail-oriented Short Term rental Assistant to support our growing portfolio. You will handle pricing using PriceLabs, update listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, and perform day-to-day admin tasks for a team working with international properties.

The role emphasizes proactive pricing adjustments, accurate data management, and independent work in a full-time, office-based environment. Strong English communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using PriceLabs is essential.
• Comfortable navigating and managing pricing through PriceLabs.
• Understanding of dynamic pricing or revenue management.
• Experience using Airbnb and/or Booking.com.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property VA, Airbnb VA, Property Management Assistant, Reservations Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Short-term rental or property management experience is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Full-time, office-based position.
• Government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund).
• Work with an international property business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update property pricing using PriceLabs.
• Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, events, and market conditions.
• Monitor pricing and help identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Manage Airbnb and Booking.com property listings.
• Create and update property listings, descriptions, availability, pricing, and other information.
• Check listing accuracy and monitor performance.
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of short-term rental properties.
• Maintain organised property records and information.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the property management team.
