Job summary

Smartsourcing in Cebu City, Philippines, is hiring a full-time onsite Finance Generalist focused on payroll, ensuring weekly pay is accurate and on time while handling the broader transactional finance cycle.

You'll manage the payroll inbox, timesheets, loadings, and sign-offs, and coordinate with the onshore Finance team to keep records compliant and up-to-date. Strong analytical, detail-oriented candidates will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience including timesheets, loadings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Experience with transactional finance and BAS is desirable.
• Experience supporting a small business is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly payroll processing and payroll inbox.
• Prepare and reconcile daily sales journal and AP/AR.
• Coordinate with onshore team for sign-off and file transmissions.
• Maintain fixed assets register and BAS support.
• Handle bank and card reconciliations.
