Job summary

Smartsourcing is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Cebu team onsite. You will support end-to-end payroll activities, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and handle inquiries from employees and clients with professionalism.

You'll maintain payroll records, assist with lodgements and reporting, and help ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of payroll experience including end-to-end processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll data handling.
• Exposure to Australian payroll is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, tax regulations and local standards.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assist with payroll reporting and lodgements.
