Qualifications

• At least 1 year of voice BPO experience.
• Willing to work onsite at GH Tower, Greenhills Center, Ortigas Avenue, San Juan City.
• Open to night shift.
• Must reside in Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Antipolo, or Marikina (strict requirement).
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service requests, account concerns, and general inquiries.
