• Maintain 95%+ accuracy in data input and compliance with policies.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly input targets while working autonomously.
• Stay current with payments industry trends to enhance conversations.
• Communicate effectively with merchants in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Review and verify information on an application to meet defined criteria.
• Achieve a high level of data input accuracy while keeping deficiencies at 5% or lower.
• Surpass input targets daily, weekly, and monthly while working independently.
• Engage with merchants to obtain information and process applications.
• Explain processes and secure the necessary documentation from customers.
