Qualifications

• Reviewing and verifying information on an application to ensure it meets defined criteria.
• Maintaining 95%+ data input accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly input targets while working autonomously.
• Staying current with new product and market trends in the Payments industry for merchant conversations.
• Excellent English communication skills for verbal and written engagement with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify application information to ensure it meets defined criteria.
• Achieve high data input accuracy and keep deficiency levels at 5% or lower.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly input targets while operating autonomously.
