You'll collaborate with suppliers, listings, inventory, pricing, and warehouse teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and performance metrics across channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent online shopping support to customers across marketplaces.
• Respond to customer emails, calls, voicemails, and live chat promptly.
• Resolve issues and complete special projects from the Team Manager.
• Support Amazon 2P and 3P accounts and monitor performance.
• Familiarize with each brand's online selling policies.
• Maintain high performance ratings for brands on marketplaces.
• Address order-related queries across channels with internal teams.
• Provide shipment status updates to customers.
• Process refunds and cancellations as needed.
• Notify customers about order delays and carrier issues.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for lost packages and claims.
• Update internal tools and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to overall excellent marketplace metrics.
• Support the Customer Service Manager and cover in their absence.
