Xerox Cebu seeks an experienced eCommerce Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support by phone and email. You will handle account setup, orders, product inquiries, and website assistance in a hybrid environment, collaborating with IT, Operations, and Account Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in customer service, with strong English communication and CRM skills. North America night shift is noted in the posting.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in customer service, support, or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce/Magento or SAP preferred.
