Responsibilities

• Assist customers primarily through calls, with email and chat as needed, resolving issues per SOPs.
• Research and due diligence to resolve concerns and identify product/service opportunities.
• Navigate multiple online applications and stay informed about financial products.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks based on business needs.
