Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a role coordinating with Moneris merchants and internal teams to keep merchant accounts up to date. The position requires strong English communication, call handling experience, and reliable data entry skills.

You will liaise across credit, customer updates, and sales support to onboard applications, manage documents, and respond to merchants via email and phone with professional time management.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and call handling experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and data entry on calls and email.
• Experience handling calls and data/sales entry.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Moneris merchants and internal departments (credit, customer updates) for updating merchant account information.
• Maintain document submissions from Moneris merchants.
• Coordinate with Moneris Sales Consultant and other departments for onboarding deficient applications.
• Communicate with merchants via email and inbound/outbound calls to obtain information and process applications.
• Excellent time management.
