Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join on-site in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on reviewing applications for criteria, ensuring data accuracy, and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment within the Payments industry.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in data entry, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. This position offers full-time hours and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and verify information on applications to meet defined criteria.
• Achieve high data input accuracy with low deficiency (≤5%).
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly input targets while working autonomously.
• Stay current with product and market trends in payments to inform merchant conversations.
• Comply with corporate policies including HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy.

Role And Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and verifying information on an application to ensure that it meets defined criteria
• Responsible for achieving a high level of data input and accuracy managing to a 5% or lower deficiency level
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly input targets while operating autonomously
• Accountable for staying current with new product and market trends in the Payments industry, and using the information as part of merchant conversations
• Responsible for compliance with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy

Qualification And Education Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry environment where they have displayed the competencies of quality, accuracy and time management

• Experience working in a customer service and/or sales environment where you have proven your ability to grasp and apply new skills and concepts to meet all operational targets.
