Job summary

HRTX in Makati City is seeking a Senior Project Executive – Construction to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on site involvement onsite in Makati, Monday to Friday, morning shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in construction, project management, property development, or similar.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Monday–Friday, morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction project activities and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, and construction requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress as needed.
• Identify risks, issues, and delays and coordinate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide progress reports and updates to management.
• Support project turnover and successful completion.
