Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati City seeks a Senior Project Executive – Construction to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion.

You will work with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, project management, property development, or similar field.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Monday–Friday, morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction project activities and deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review project plans, specifications, and construction requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress when necessary.
• Identify project risks, issues, and delays and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Support the successful completion and turnover of construction projects.
