Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Pasig. You will respond to calls and tickets, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure SLAs are met while representing the company professionally.

In this role, you will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, and networking, and participate in migrations and infrastructure upgrades. Mentoring team members and contributing to project delivery are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support experience, preferably within an MSP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with Intune and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of networking (VLANs, routing, firewalls).
• Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware.
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and security tooling.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and tickets daily, resolving within SLA.
• Represent the company professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Troubleshoot incidents across Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, and networking.
• Manage Azure resources and maintain Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Lead migrations, deployments, security improvements, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Attend client sites for escalations, installations, or project work as needed.
• Mentor 1st and 2nd Line engineers and share knowledge across the team.
