Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Makati City is seeking an IT Onsite Support specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance for branch users. The role covers hardware, software, and network issues, with ticketing workflow and on-site deployments at the Manila branch.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience with ITSM systems, printers, CCTV, and equipment maintenance, and must be willing to work full onsite with two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT onsite/field support.
• Strong hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Printer and peripheral troubleshooting experience.
• Deployment and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Basic CCTV knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willing to work full onsite and support the Manila Branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to branch users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Respond to and update IT support tickets.
• Perform IT equipment installation, deployment, and retrieval.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and IT health checks.
• Support printers, UPS, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with asset tagging and inventory documentation.
• Escalate complex or critical technical issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely ticket closure.
