Job summary

Testronic is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Team in Manila. You will provide essential technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help maintain IT systems for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include remote and on-site assistance, documenting steps, and supporting new solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in IT, 2–3 years in tech support, TESDA NC2, and proficiency with Office 365, AD, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in a Technical Support role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience as an IT help desk technician or in similar support roles.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (O365, AD, Azure).
• Familiar with Windows 10/11 and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and effective assistance with IT systems.
• Guide end users remotely and on-site through configuration and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications; escalate when needed.
• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in person.
• Install and configure software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
• Document steps and maintain user-facing documentation.
