Job summary

Odfjell Technology is seeking an IT Engineer to be based onsite in Makati, handling 24/7 IT support and infrastructure administration. You will manage PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment, log incidents, and provide remote assistance while ensuring security best practices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT, strong English, and experiences with Windows Server, AD, Citrix, and MS Office, with a readiness to work in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in Shared Services and multicultural environment is an advantage.
• Strong customer service, problem solving and collaboration abilities.
• Willing to work in 24/7 operations and onsite in Makati Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for users regarding IT issues and queries via phone, chat, helpdesk portal and email.
• Administer and provide internal support for PCs, printers, servers and related equipment.
• Log and track incident/service requests from identification to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Citrix, MS Office, emails, and network connections.
• Provide remote desktop support and follow SOPs for ticket handling.
• Provision user accounts and perform PC maintenance and configurations.
• Contribute to new IT infrastructure implementation and training for users.
• Report IT security threats to IT Head Office and share knowledge on threats.
