iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation in Laguna, Philippines seeks a Technical Service Officer to provide onsite IT support for our office staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking, and assist with setup and maintenance of company systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; eager to grow technical skills.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic networking concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; customer-service oriented.
• Experience with Canon or Epson products and troubleshooting is a plus.
• IT support certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to internal staff for hardware, software, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and office equipment.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and setup of company systems and devices.
• Perform regular maintenance and checks on office equipment.
• Provide staff training on best practices for using IT resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT problems affecting operations.
• Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
• Occasionally support external clients as needed.
