You will contribute to process improvements, train users, and collaborate across departments while upholding security and service standards. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology or related course.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor IT assets and licenses; manage inventory.
• Assist employees with system usage and provide user training; develop FAQs.
