Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or entry-level experience accepted.
• Foundation in networking concepts and IT operations.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, internet connectivity, OS, and basic network infrastructure.
• Monitor system and network performance and assist in identifying issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, TCP/IP, and network connectivity.
• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
• Manage and document technical concerns through ticketing/ITSM platforms.
• Track incidents, requests, escalations, and resolutions with accurate records.
• Support user accounts and access management using Active Directory and cloud platforms.
• Assist with basic cloud administration and troubleshooting across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Coordinate with internal teams or service providers to resolve complex issues.
