Job summary

Agileit IT consultancy in Makati City seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer responsible for onsite technical support and daily office IT operations. You will handle end-user support, endpoint management, identity/access provisioning, asset lifecycle, and IT service processes to ensure high service levels.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Intune, Entra ID, and ServiceNow, and can operate independently while maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Support or Desktop/End User Computing.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in corporate environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory; familiarity with ITSM tools.
• Strong Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting; macOS/iOS/Android experience.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, device security, patching, and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and business apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite and related collaboration tools.
• Deliver onsite support to employees including executives; manage incidents per SLAs.
• Manage endpoint deployment, enrollment, and policy management.
