Job summary

Our Clients in Makati, Philippines is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver on-site technical assistance for computers, apps, email, networks, printers, and other IT equipment during events and normal operations.

You will set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts and assets, and coordinate with vendors for escalations while ensuring data protection and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, hardware, software installation, networking, and Google Workspace.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of IT asset management, cybersecurity, or cloud systems as an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite and provide technical support during company events; relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for computers, applications, email, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, IT assets, and technical records.
