Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee daily IT operations, resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, and ensure service levels are met.

The role leads the IT team, coordinates workloads, and drives continuous improvement across infrastructure, security, and cloud services while aligning with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or infrastructure management.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or managing an IT support team.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, and IT service management tools.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while meeting established service levels.

• Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, software licensing, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
