Job summary

You will work on-site with rotating shifts, maintain clear communication with customers, document interactions, and escalate complex cases to internal departments to ensure swift resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or IT-related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus.
