Qualifications

• Willing to learn and develop IT skills.
• No prior work experience required for this entry role.
• Diploma/IT-related qualification (e.g., IT, CS) or equivalent.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and diligent.
• Comfortable reading situations, adapting communication, and supporting users.

Responsibilities

• Support end users onsite and remotely to resolve IT issues daily.
• Create tickets and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with Level 2 technicians for escalation.
• Maintain desktops hardware configuration, OS images, and printers; keep documentation updated.
• Perform periodic checks on system health and inventory.
• Familiar with domain controller tasks, adding/removing users in Active Directory/Intune.
• Learn basic configuration of compliance access (policies, reports).
• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on endpoints.
• Use the management portal to monitor, patch, isolate, and remove applications.
• Create computer images via inhouse software to improve efficiency.
