Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Assist with imaging, deployment, and replacement of devices.
• Maintain and update asset inventory and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and processes.
