Job summary

Boomering is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Angeles City, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering Level 1–2 technical support for end users and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.

You will handle tickets, document resolutions, and assist with Windows/Linux environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and security tasks in a dynamic BPO setting. Onsite work at Clark, Philexcel, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of IT support or related experience in an enterprise environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting onsite and remote users is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to onsite and remote users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
