Job summary

Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Pampanga seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1/2 technical support for end users and IT infrastructure. The role covers desktops, servers, networks, and applications, with ticketing, documentation, and escalation responsibilities.

The position is onsite (Clark, Philexcel) with a 8:00AM-5:00PM schedule and a monthly salary of around PHP 35,000. Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Eng and 2–4 years’ related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/CE or related field required
• 2–4 years IT Support/Technical Support/Network Support/Systems Administration or similar
• Experience supporting onsite and remote users preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to onsite and remote users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, network, connectivity, and app issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Support Windows workstations and basic Linux environments.
• Assist in Windows Server, Active Directory, GP, DNS, DHCP administration and troubleshooting.
• Configure/troubleshoot network devices, VLANs, VPNs.
• Support MikroTik, Ubiquiti/UniFi, and Sophos Firewall environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Configure/troubleshoot PBX/VoIP, softphones, IP phones, headsets.
• Support biometric devices (ZKTeco) and related configurations.
• Perform structured troubleshooting and use diagnostic tools.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions; maintain KB.
• Assist with IT asset inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and equipment deployment.
• Assist in endpoint security, access controls, system updates, and IT security requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers when required.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned by IT Manager/Lead.
