Job summary

Boomering is seeking a reliable Business Support & After Hours Coordinator to join on-site in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The role supports an Australian group across customer communication, scheduling, invoicing and after-hours triage, including emergency call-outs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field and has 2–3 years in administration or customer service, with proficiency in MS 365, Excel and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of admin, customer service, scheduling or operations support.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is advantageous.
• Experience with FieldInsight, Capsule CRM or contractor portals is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine inquiries by phone and email.
• Issue contracts, invoices and service reports, and track payments.
• Schedule work and emergency call-outs; update job notes and handovers.
• Maintain customer, site and job records in CRM systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports and registers.
• Ensure compliance records for contractors and licenses are up to date.
