Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an IT Support professional to provide comprehensive field operations support to branches and business units in the Mandaluyong/Makati-Ortigas area. You will troubleshoot IT hardware and software, prepare equipment for installation, and manage project-related IT tasks while coordinating with field operations leads and project managers.

The role requires willingness to work on-site at various branches, with priority given to candidates in metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSCOE, ECE or equivalent.
• Two years experience preferred but not required in IT field work or repair center and strong background in IT equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience from service company, bank or other financial institution is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: complete assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and requests.
• Provide IT support and answer user inquiries regarding software/hardware.
• Prepare equipment for use and install hardware, OS, and software.
• Assist in project support such as branch implementations and relocations.
• Manage supplies and inventory for IT equipment and parts.
• Submit timesheets and perform related administrative tasks.
