Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC in Manila is seeking a corporate desk-side IT support specialist to deliver onsite hardware and software assistance for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment, with focus on Windows 10/11 environments and colleague-facing service.

You will troubleshoot network and VPN issues, support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook), manage asset records, configure Intune and Azure AD, and assist with events and town halls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate desk-side IT support focusing on Windows 10/11 environments
• Hardware troubleshooting/replacement for PCs, laptops and end-user devices
• Mobile device support (iOS/Android) and app configuration
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams/Outlook); familiarity with Intune
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and remote device management
• Asset management and AMDB tagging, inventory audits
• Printer and peripheral hardware support knowledge
• Understanding of endpoint security tools (e.g., Symantec, BitLocker, SCCM, RDP)
• AV/conferencing room support and basic setup
• IT/AV support for events and town halls; able to work overtime when needed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware and software support to clients, troubleshooting PCs, printers, mobiles, and tablets.
• Diagnose and repair end-user system failures, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues from user device to network.
• Perform meeting room checks; ensure AV equipment and conferencing systems function for meetings.
• Support setup, operation, and troubleshooting of IT, AV, and conferencing equipment for events.
• Implement virus detection, eradication, and endpoint protection procedures.
• Support asset/inventory management activities, including AMDB tagging and accurate records.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook); support mobile device/tablet setup.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to ensure timely incident resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Overtime may be required to support events and critical activities.
