Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT Desk Side Support specialist to provide onsite hardware and software support for PCs, printers, and mobile devices. You will diagnose, repair, and escalate end-user issues in Windows 10/11 environments, and support AV and conferencing systems for meetings and events.

You will manage MS 365 apps (Teams, Outlook), Intune and Azure AD, assist with asset/inventory controls, and ensure secure endpoints.

Qualifications

3+ years of corporate desk side support experience.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite hardware and software support for PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and repair end-user system failures.
Troubleshoot network connectivity from device to network.
Perform meeting room checks and ensure AV/conferencing systems function for meetings.
Support setup and troubleshooting for company events and townhalls.
Implement virus detection and endpoint protection procedures.
Assist asset and inventory management including AMDB tagging and audits.
Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook) and configure mobile devices.
Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to resolve incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
Overtime may be required to support events and critical activities.
