Job summary

TASQ is hiring for an HR Shared Services professional to handle inquiries and HR operations onsite at BGC, Taguig. You will respond to employee questions via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems and guide on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.

Maintain accurate case documentation, process data updates, escalate complex issues to HR specialists, and uphold SLAs while contributing to continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• College degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, CS or HR Operations experience.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems or case management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records.
• Process employee data updates and HR transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to HR specialists and leaders as required.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
