Job summary

TASQ is seeking an HR Attendance Specialist to join onsite in BGC, Taguig. The role requires 36 months of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, and proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems.

Work is onsite in BGC with a day shift and an August 24–31, 2026 start window. Responsibilities include reviewing attendance transactions, handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and preparing dashboards and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting or related discipline preferred.
• At least 36 months as HR Specialist.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll systems where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate attendance transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle complex attendance and leave-related inquiries and escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis on attendance discrepancies.
• Conduct quality reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare attendance dashboards and management reports.
• Support policy interpretation and employee communication.
• Train and mentor team members on attendance processes; monitor SLA adherence and productivity targets.
